Smoked Sausage Stir-Fry

Smoked Sausage Stir-Fry

Isn’t this pretty?  The vegetables are bright and colorful with the smoked sausage.  Even better, you cook it all up in a skillet and then serve from it, too.

Smoked Sausage Stir-Fry is a Taste of Home recipe I’ve been making for years and years.  Light and healthy, this filling meal takes about 30 minutes to prepare.  Your kitchen will smell so good from the seasonings, and now that peppers and tomatoes are ripening in our gardens, you’ll have the perfect excuse to make it.

Did I tell you how delicious it is?

Trust me.  It is.

For this photo shoot, I forgot to buy Roma tomatoes, so I used grape tomatoes instead.  (Definitely get Romas!)  Just scoop a couple of spoonfuls of rice on a plate, ladle on the stir-fry and dinner is served!
