For any of you who have gone on the Weight Watchers program at some point in your life, you’ll likely agree with me that it’s the best.  One of the reasons (a huge reason!) is that you can eat normal food, and their Key Lime Pie recipe is a great example.  Low in fat and calories, it’s refreshing, delicious and EASY!

I’ve made it so many times, I have the ingredients memorized.   The directions are super-simple.  My mother has made it a gazillion times for my dad, who is diabetic.  Even better, you can experiment with your favorite combination of flavors–lemon jello and lemon yogurt, strawberry jello and strawberry yogurt–you get the idea.

Whatever flavor you decide to use, you’re going to LOVE this amazingly simple and low-calorie pie.  You’re going to think you’re eating something much more decadent.  It’s that good!

Note:  The original recipe calls for 2 – 8oz containers of yogurt, but I don’t think they make that size anymore.  I bought 3 – 6 oz containers, used enough to equal the 16 oz and had a bit left over for a quick treat.
