French fry scramble

Have you ever gone out to eat and just couldn’t finish that pile of french fries they gave you?

Don’t leave them behind.  Bring them home and eat them for breakfast the next morning!

A while back, a waitress at a restaurant I don’t even remember mentioned how she always added her leftover fries to scrambled eggs.   I took her advice.  I tell ya, I haven’t thrown away a french fry since.

This scramble is so good, you’ll be amazed.

Ingredients are variable depending on how many eggs you want with your fries.  If you want chopped onions, green peppers or whatever, feel free to add, but I think this scramble is delicious without them.  Your choice!
