Candy Corn Cookie Pizza is a delightful treat that can be made any time during the fall season. Candy corn starts showing up in the stores en masse about September, and that’s when I start to crave my favorite recipes that call for it. I often make Candy Corn Cookie Pizza around Halloween, but any time those pumpkins are out, go for it!
Using packaged sugar cookie dough as the base, simply bake in a pizza pan, smooth on a layer of peanut butter, then add candy corn and raisins. Not too un-healthy, right? In this photo, I used crunchy peanut butter, but when I use creamy peanut butter, I add a sprinkling of salted peanuts to give the cookie pizza a little crunch. The recipe calls for store-bought frosting, but I just mix up about 1/4 cup of powdered sugar thinned with a little water to make a glaze, and it’s perfect.
Everyone loves pizza–cheesy, meaty, fruity or cookie–and Candy Corn Cookie Pizza will be a hit at your house, too!
